Shipping Info & Return Policy

This is a small family business run by me (Romi, aka Painting Sparkles) and my husband. I pack all the orders myself in the Netherlands. Current processing time is 1 to 4 days depending on the day and time of ordering.

Orders that are in before Sunday 10am CEST will be shipped on Monday.

Orders that are in before Thursday 10am CEST will be shipped on Thursday.

I ship worldwide! Shipping includes tracking. You will receive an email after your order has been processed.

Estimated Shipping time

• EU/UK: 3-12 business days from the time the parcel has been dropped off to the post office.

• OUTSIDE OF EU: 5-24 business days from the time the parcel has been dropped off to the post office.

Please note

Deliveries might be delayed for 2-3 business days from the initial shipping estimates especially during the holidays. I ask you for your understanding in the case your order takes longer to arrive to your destination. Please be patient and prepared to wait a little longer. In my experience, packages almost always show up a few days to a week later.

Note that delivery times are out of my control once the parcel is dropped off at the post office.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations must be made 24 hours after purchase. We don't accept cancellations after your order has been processed.

If your package is lost or damaged in the mail, please contact me as soon as possible. We can discuss the best solution for you.
